When asked about who her greatest influence in life has been, Monera Bey reflected upon her career and dedicated that title to a woman named Mrs. Tina. The two women met through a business transaction regarding hair extensions and, from then on, Mrs. Tina became an important role model for Monera. In fact, she showed Monera how to obtain a balanced life with being a serial entrepreneur. Since that first interaction with Mrs. Tina, Monera has transformed her career and is now the founder, co-founder, and/or CEO of many successful businesses.   In fact, she is an impressive businesswoman of many trades, including experiences as a Master Cosmetologist, Property Manager, Managing Trustee and Researcher, Certified NLP Life Coach, Certified Herbalist, and Coach for Real Estate, eCommerce, and Business. We also cannot forget to mention her creative experience as an Executive Producer, A&R Manager, and Artist. Furthermore, she is the brand creator, CEO, and manager of the AshleeNycole Brand, RealEstateInvesting4Her, Monera Exclusives, and AshleeNycole Salon.   Monera also co-founded Awaken2Balance and Freedom Lifestyle Investments LLC, the family’s investment company. Presently, she is also the Chief Creative Officer for Hillside Development Corporation, where she shares her husband’s, Tre’Leon’s, dream of helping cities transform into eco-friendly and self-sustainable communities. Together, they strive to stay updated on research and eco-trends in real estate development to ensure each project they oversee has a positive impact on the planet. Notably, over the course of three years, she traveled to Asia where she learned, planned, invested, and managed vacation rentals in Pattaya, Thailand.   Monera lives by the quote, “If I were you, I would get ready before you are made to do so” (Noble Drew Ali). As such, she is dedicated to staying current on today’s best practices regarding wealth, real estate development, and philanthropy. When she is away from the office, Monera enjoys relaxing by dancing and learning more about how to utilize gemstones to facilitate a healthy lifestyle and promote wealth.   She is currently studying bio-architecture and is set to earn her Doctorate in Biological Science and Genetics in the fall of 2024; as such, she can often be found studying and researching.
